Greater Copenhagen Authority, Denmark – Copenhagen Film Fund
SPI was retained to conduct a feasibility study into the possible creation of a new fund to invest in local and incoming productions in order to expand inward investment and increase exports. The assignment included an assessment of competing Northern European film production centres (London, Hamburg, Berlin, Trollhattan in Sweden).
Memorandum on Territorialisation prepared for the European Film Agencies Directors
In response to the European Commission's study into the economic and cultural impacts of territorialisation, SPI, on behalf of the EFADs, prepared a memorandum explaining the rationale behind territorialisation and considering the impacts of territorialisation on European co-productions.
