Memorandum on Territorialisation European for Film Agencies Directors

The European Film Agencies Directors have consistently endorsed the way in which the European Commission has treated territorialisation as defined in the 2001 Cinema Communication. This assignement was to re-affirm the EFADs common position on territorialisation, outline a number of further arguments for maintaining it and consider the impact of territorialisation on European co-productions.
