A Strategic Development Study for Film i Vast

SPI was retained by Film i Vast in Sweden to conduct a strategic development study for the organisation, to enable it to maintain its success in a highly competitive environment. To this end, Film i Vast contracted SPI to undertake a research project, to evaluate best practice currently taking place internationally in public support systems for the five sectors in which it will operate in the coming years. The aim was to draw key lessons from experiences which have occurred elsewhere, which should be used to create a strategic development plan which Film i Vast could use as a guide as it moved into its next phase of growth.
