Manchester City Council – Granada Campus

SPI was retained by Manchester City Council to evaluate the area of the city in which Granada's offices and facilities were based as the possible location of a digital media cluster. The assignment involved evaluation of the physical space of the 'Campus' area, which featured a red-brick warehouse structure, its potential to attract independent creative industries companies, and the potential alternative uses of the area under different property development plans.
