Scottish Enterprise, Scotland – Studio Strategy

SPI was retained by Scottish Enterprise to assist and advise on a tender process for a new film and television studio in Scotland. Scottish Enterprise invited tenders from interested parties to design, build, and operate a studio in Scotland. SPI assisted in writing the tender document and evaluating the proposals as to the sustainability of their business case and the returns to public sector investment.
