Commissioned by the Arctic Indigenous Film Fund (AIFF), SPI undertook a review of the Arctic indigenous audiovisual industry in Canada, gathering new data and insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by the industry. The study outlined strategic recommendations to the AIFF concerning future opportunities and approaches that might be employed to grow the Artic Canadian audiovisual industry further. The study also drew on best practices from Indigenous institutions worldwide.
