SPI to Join Spain Film Commission to Launch the First Study of the Economic Impact of the International Film Incentive in Spain.

The presentation will take place on Sunday, 22nd September at the San Sebastian Film Festival.

The project, commissioned by Spain Film Commission and prepared by Olsberg·SPI (SPI) and with the collaboration of PROFILM, evaluates the economic impact of the tax incentive offered in Spain to attract investment in international film and television productions.

The project is part of the Spain Audiovisual Hub project and aims to understand how the tax incentive in audiovisual production have influenced the Spanish economy, with a particular focus on job creation, contribution to Gross Added Value (GVA), and other key economic indicators.
