SPI’s Study on the Impact of Norwegian Feature and Series Production Incentive Published

Today, SPI’s report on the impact of the Norwegian Feature and Series Production Incentive was published.

Commissioned by the Norwegian Ministry of Culture and Equality, this broad socio-economic assessment considered the impact of the incentive to date and models the effect of a change in the incentive level and design. This study included an Economic Impact Analysis and a Cost-Benefit Analysis, as well as a wide assessment of the incentive’s industry, workforce and cultural impact.

This study was undertaken in partnership with Norwegian economics research firm, Proba Research.
