SPI conducted a comprehensive report on the combined performance and achievements of the English RSAs’ activities during 2001-09 and provided recommendations for a new England-wide strategy. A key element of this project involved articulating a number of metrics indicating RSA support of film activities and companies. SPI designed and implemented an England-wide survey in this respect. The report was used, in particular, in funding discussions with UK Film Council.
