Jonathan Olsberg to speak at TIFF

Jonathan Olsberg will be presenting the emerging findings from a new Olsberg SPI project that assesses how the film sector drives the other creative industries at the Toronto International Film Festival. This presentation will be held in Conference Room B of the Glenn Gould/CBC Conference Center on Friday 9th September from 12:15-13:15 (EDT). This report will analyse the value delivered to other creative sectors as a result of investment in film production, based on a granular analysis of the budgets of productions from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Australia, and the Netherlands. It has been made possible by the kind support of the Copenhagen Film Fund (Denmark), Film Väst (Sweden), the Netherlands Film Fund (Netherlands), and ScreenWest (Australia).
