‘Diversity Searchlight’: Our Fourth Edition, Featuring an Interview with BAFTA now Available

As part of SPI’s ongoing commitment to supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), we are delighted to have recently published our fourth edition of Diversity Searchlight.

This regular newsletter will search out and shine a light on global DEI initiatives within the creative industries.

This edition includes an interview with Krishnendu Majumdar, Chair of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), as well as our Global Digest of DEI-related initiatives in the creative industries, keeping you updated on the latest trends internationally.

The project is led by DEI expert, former British Film Institute CEO and Special Advisor to SPI, Amanda Nevill, and Research Associate Mounira Almenoar, who is a specialist in DEI in the screen sector, having undertaken numerous workforce mapping and strategy projects internationally.
