CECI - Poland

CECI is an initiative of Polish, Slovakian, Czech and Hungarian filmmakers that aims to stimulate and support co-operative filmmaking activities in order to improve the quality and visibility of filmmaking of Central European countries. Olsberg•SPI has been commissioned to analyse the feasibility of CECI and design the future structures and mechanisms to incite co-operation by professionals and public broadcasters of the region, and synergies that can enhance both production and circulation of films from the region.
