Steve Clark-Hall is a highly experienced film and television producer and consultant, specialising in SPI’s micro-economic impact studies
Steve has produced a range of productions globally. These include Half Bad (2021/22) for Netflix, and Talking Heads (2020) for the BBC. He also produced the two Warner Bros’ Sherlock Holmes (2009, 2011) features, starring Robert Downey Junior and Jude Law. Other credits include Nigel Cole’s Calendar Girls (2003), Kenneth Branagh’s Magic Flute (2006), and Guy Ritchie’s RocknRolla (2008).
Steve also does workforce training internationally for Netflix and The Producers Guild.
At SPI, Steve specialises in our micro-economic impact studies. Here, he assesses individual production budgets to determine the expenditure in screen and non-screen related industries to highlight the significant potential impact a production can have on the wider local business sectors.
