Leading creative industries management consultancy Olsberg•SPI is recruiting a Research Analyst to join its busy London-based team.SPI delivers market-leading strategic advice to firms, government agencies, and other clients around the world in the film, television, games, and digital sectors. The Research Analyst role offers an opportunity to work in-depth across these dynamic industries on a range of projects from studio feasibility work, assessments of new or existing production incentives, economic impact reports, or policy recommendations. As outlined below the role involves delivering project elements to SPI’s senior team, although there is the opportunity for growth, with the potential to lead projects within one to two years. The suitable candidate might be a sector specialist, have experience at a management consultancy or similar client-facing service business, and wish to move into an industry-specific role. Experience with economic impact analyses is preferred. For more information about the firm, and some examples of recent public reports, see www.o-spi.com.Key responsibilities:-Delivering elements of a research programme to SPI’s senior team-Undertaking research and evaluation for projects, using a mixture of qualitative and quantitative techniques, responding to the demands of the client-Conducting consultations with sectoral stakeholders from around the world-Drafting proposals, reports, and presentations for delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have:-A strong undergraduate degree-Excellent business writing skills-Experience with economic impact analysis, evaluation of data, and data visualisation.
