First Light- Evaluation of Second Light

Second Light is a new programme, developed and run by First Light, which is supporting a large group of BME early-career professionals in their career development. SPI is involved in an evaluation of Second Light as it progresses. Our focus is on understanding stakeholder needs and attitudes so as to ensure the programme meets their expectations. This is being done through a number of confidential consultations, and a focus group, with senior executives at stakeholder organisations.
