Lili Ruzsiczky

Research Analyst

 

 

Lili joined SPI in November 2024. As a Research Analyst, she works across a range of studies, providing valuable critical assessments and insights.

Lili has a particular specialism in policy analysis and government affairs. Her current projects include the UK national research and development project, CoSTAR (Convergent Screen Technologies and Performance in Realtime), which is supporting technological advancement in the screen, immersive and games sectors. In addition, Lili works on the Global Incentives Index, SPI’s authoritative guide to more than 100 production incentive systems worldwide. Lili is also contributing to SPI’s strategic roadmap for the Philippines’ screen sector, while supporting projects to establish incentive programmes and film commissions for clients in the Gulf region.

Prior to joining SPI, Lili was a consultant at PRM-CEE, a public policy and government affairs consultancy based in Budapest and Brussels, where she researched Hungarian and EU regulatory matters and policy developments. Before that, Lili worked on the set of a feature film co-produced by German and Hungarian partners. Lili was also a project manager for an initiative focusing on fake news, funded by the EU’s MediaFutures programme.

Lili has a degree in Spanish and French from the University of Cambridge.
