Eleanor Jubb

Eleanor Jubb is an experienced economist, strategy consultant, and creative industries expert.
Eleanor leads on SPI’s economic impact modelling, evaluation and strategic research. Her current projects include a sector impact study in Poland and incentive studies in the US state of Georgia, Spain, Brazil, Iceland and Fiji.
She has led economic impact studies in several US states, European countries, Latin America, as well as in Australia and New Zealand. She has contributed to SPI’s work on cultural impact for Screen Ireland and has led evaluations into sector training and investment programmes. Eleanor has also worked on screen sector economic development plans in the English regions.
For the last twelve years, Eleanor has worked with over 30 organisations in a consultancy and support capacity, focusing on the creative and cultural sector. She is an experienced workshop facilitator and mentor. Prior to joining SPI, she was a Senior Consultant at BOP Consulting. She has led significant research and evaluation projects, particularly focused on creative business support and innovation programmes. Eleanor’s previous clients include UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), the British Council, the Greater London Authority, as well as many Local Authorities and arts organisations.
Eleanor has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and a MSc in Environmental Economics from UCL.
